Who We Are
Founded in 2018
Intersect Madrid is a grassroots organisation that aims to open up the discussion on issues of social injustice and discrimination in formal education.
What we do
Our mission is to create a community of educators that are motivated to create educational spaces that promote justice, anti-racism and combat discrimination.

To foster this community we empower educators by organizing training workshops, events and resources grounded in anti-bias ant-racist education.
Training and Professional Development Workshops
We offer training workshops and professional development programs that equip educators with the tools and strategies needed to foster inclusive, equitable learning environments.
Consultation Services for Schools and Organizations
We partner with schools and organizations as expert educators, offering tailored consultations, resources, and proven strategies to drive meaningful personal and professional growth in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
Community Activities and Events
We organize free and accessible training workshops for educators online and in Madrid for educators to access training without a paywall. Our events include monthly Community Workshops, BIPOC Affinity Groups and a Book Club for Anti-Racist Educators.
